AXAThis group comprises AXA (Equity and Law), Sun Life and Winterthur Life. It is one of the most confusing groups as the guarantee positions vary so much from plan to plan, year to year. Some endowments have guarantees, some do not, some Bonds have return of premium guarantees, some have spot guarantees, and some don’t have any. Some of their pensions have guarantees in the 5 years running up to retirement, some don’t. AXA is probably the most variable company we have come across, two people with roughly similar plans may have totally different guarantees, the only way to check if you have a plan is to get an audit. |
