All of the businesses and companies in the standard life group are owned by standard life PLC.

Range of policies

Standard Life offer numerous with-profit policies, which are again divided between the traditional “conventional” policies, and the more modern unitised policies. The full list is as follows; Stakeholder With Profits Pensions, With Profits Bonds, Unitised pensions excluding Stakeholder, Pension Inflation Plus Fund and those covered in this list, Homeplan and other unitised life plans not included in this list, With profit pension annuities, Conventional life with profits plans and mortgage endowments, non unitized pension plans, Unitised life plans (minimum unit price growth rate 3% a year), and finally, Unitised pension plans (minimum unit price growth rate 4% a year).

The bonus rate on With Profits Bonds remains at 2%. Customers drawing an income from their bond based on the bonus rate will continue to receive the same level of income from their investment.
