Bleak Future

If you have a with-profit plan it is our belief that you should be able to answer a series of fundamental questions (see decision making process) about your plan. This means that you know what you’ve got and have a basis for making a decision about what you should do. But the problem often is getting hold of simple-to-understand detail and being able to disseminate it.

Our enquiry centre allows you to get in touch and get our help. Please just let us know what you want and we will help. There is no question too tough and no service in providing you with assistance too challenging.

The enquiry centre is designed so that you can give us the basis of whatever it is that you would like help with and ask any question.

To start with we ask only for limited, indicative information, so you don’t have to find lots of paperwork or give us reams of information. We will need a bit of background to understand the basis of your position and your enquiry, but if we require more detail we can get back to you.

So the answer is: please get in touch. We have designed our service to help you and to get you all the information, details and advice you will need to know what you have and to judge the best way of dealing with matters form here on.

We hope to hear from you soon.
